General Shipping Guidelines
At GearBeyond, we happily provide FREE Shipping & Handling in the continental United States for everything we sell. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for a nominal charge, and we actually ship to most other countries for just a relatively small extra shipping charge as well.
We occasionally give away products COMPLETELY FREE on a limited basis as well, and for those products, Shipping & Handling charges do of course apply.
We also meet incredibly fast order processing times, dispatching your order within 24 hours (business days do apply), as it’s our steadfast goal to get your products shipped to you as soon as possible.
Here at GearBeyond, we handpick unique and fun items from around the world, typically working with small vendors (while also creating some of our own as well), and as a result, although most of our products ship from the USA, a small segment of our products ship from overseas.
Shipping delays do occasionally occur (more than ever for all of us here in 2020 of course), and are out of our control when they do, so please note that our shipping times are the most currently available estimates only. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed (unless otherwise noted), but we always strive to keep holidays in mind and plan our product launches and sales well in advance, to help make sure you receive your products when you need them.
After your order is processed on our end, depending on your Ship To address and the product ordered, estimated delivery time is typically between 5 to 9 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link and a tracking ID, so you can track your package during shipping. You can also check in on your shipment here at GearBeyond.net by clicking on the “Track Order” option in our top menu.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to show before contacting GearBeyond Support for assistance.
Because of our vast network, split shipments are commonplace, particularly on larger orders. If you ordered more than one item and receive only a part of your order, don’t panic! You should receive the rest of the items you ordered shortly thereafter.
Also, if your order contains a back-ordered item, we will ship any in-stock item(s) without delay, and will then ship any back-ordered products as soon as they’re back in stock.
Buyer Responsibilities / Disclaimer
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct, accurate shipping address on each order. The only downside of our 1-Day HyperSpeed Processing is that you only have a very short amount of time to correct any order discrepancies.
If you ever encounter such an instance, please contact us immediately via Live Chat first, and if that’s not available, call us at (800) 404-6977 so we can do our best to urgently assist you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GearBeyond is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Order Tracking indicates that your package was delivered to your address, but you did not receive it, please report the issue to your shipping carrier immediately. If you need any assistance with this, feel free to contact us at any time for guidance.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of order receipt (holiday and seasonal items excluded, save for defective products).
